In the configuration " Accounting for budgetary institutions of Ukraine Version 7.7 cash register You could open the shortcut button on the toolbar. After upgrading to version 8 users face the situation that button There is no shortcut to the cash documents journal and this causes some inconvenience when working with the configuration. This article will discuss the procedure necessary to add the “Cash documents” shortcut button.

The examples given in the article were modeled on the “Accounting for budgetary institutions of Ukraine” configuration (version 1.0). The information given in the article is also relevant for the configuration " Comprehensive accounting for budgetary institutions of Ukraine (Revision 1.0).

The “Cash documents” shortcut button can be added independently by setting the toolbar in the “Full” interface.

The composition of the toolbar buttons, as well as the creation and editing of custom toolbars, is carried out in the user interface settings.

To start customizing the user interface, select the menu item “Tools” - “Settings ...”. On the “Toolbars” tab, with the help of control elements, all the work on creating, editing and deleting toolbars is performed (Fig. 1).

When editing toolbars, you can change the composition and relative position of the buttons, which allows you to organize toolbars in the most convenient way. Editing is performed using the “Commands” tab in the “Main menu settings” window (Fig. 2).

All buttons that can be placed on toolbars, for convenience, are grouped into several categories. The list of categories is placed in the “Categories” list.

If you select the name of a category in this list, for example, “Configuration”, the set of commands included in this category is displayed in the “Commands” list.

To find out the purpose of a particular button, you must select it in the list by clicking on it with the left mouse button, while the corresponding description will be displayed in the bottom of the tab in the "Command Description" window.

All actions for editing toolbars are performed by the “drag & drop” method (“drag and drop”). In order to add the “Cash documents” shortcut button to the toolbar, select the button on the “Commands” tab and hold down the left mouse button and drag the button to the “Toolbar” (Fig. 3).

Note!

Toolbar settings will be saved only for the user of the program who made this setting. Thus, each user of the program has the ability to customize the toolbar at will, without interfering with the rest.
